Heinz

We were tasked with developing a Heinz Baby Club with the aim of becoming Mum’s favourite source of nutritional information during pregnancy and in the first year of her baby’s life.

Launched on 25th August 2009, Mums sign-up online or through the Heinz Baby Careline. The entire program consists of 5 key mail packs, 23 emails and regularly updated online content.

After 4 months, we have almost 19,000 mums signed up. We are achieving email open rates of 30% and click-throughs of 7% with 82% of Mums wishing to receive both on and offline communications.
