Haygarth helps launch Vodafone’s flagship Oxford Street store

We are proud to announce the launch of Vodafone’s newly renovated, larger Oxford Street flagship store.

Tasked with fully enhancing the Vodafone shopping experience and making the store a best-in-class, premium flagship among the brand’s estate, we built on Vodafone’s positioning: ‘the future is exciting. Ready?’ to create both a store for the future and a hub for new technology.

The Oxford Street store demographic differs to other Vodafones, given the significant amount of tourist footfall. The new store has been designed to better cater to this audience, who are more likely to make impromptu and spontaneous purchases, using the three storeys and a host of interactive elements to remind shoppers that Vodafone offer so much more than just mobile services; from Home Broadband to Accessories to the extensive Internet of Things range and even a showcase for their youth brand VOXI.

Working with specialist digital and physical producers, we realised our ambitions in just 10 weeks for this best in class store, creating more than twenty bespoke and visually impactful customer areas designed to inspire shoppers at each point along their journey. The project truly encompasses a new, digitally led shopping experience for Vodafone’s current and potential customers.
