We gave Audley retirement villages the competitive edge they needed in an increasingly crowded market. Despite their luxurious properties and facilities rivalling the finest boutique hotels, the brand faced competition from companies also offering an alternative to stereotypical retirement homes. We rolled out our creative refresh across a range of direct marketing materials, from brochures to press, and even a successful radio ad. Our refresh updated the brand in line with customers’ shifting expectations and gave Audley a point of difference in the retirement home market.
