
Juvéderm Beauty Decoded Live
Our global brand experience with Juvéderm delivered a portfolio of engaging, informative, luxury influencer events to premium audiences in 15 locations worldwide.
This campaign was recently awarded in the Global Brand Activation category at the Campaign Experience Awards.
The Challenge
As the leading brand of facial fillers, Juvéderm had high brand awareness, but was in need of a way to translate consumer awareness into real life consultations.
The Insight
After price point, there were two key barriers deterring consumers from consultations and later treatment. The first being worries that the results would look unnatural, and the second being a fear of possible side effects and procedure complications. We knew that by reducing the barriers and educating consumers about how they can get the most out of their consultation, while introducing them to the products, we could engage new consumers with the Juvéderm brand.
The Idea
We created Beauty Decoded Live, an experiential beauty festival for over 300 consumers and the first in a series of global events, which eventually covered 3 different continents. Through partnering with both Conde Nast and Mauricio de Maio (the leading authority on facial aesthetics), we created a best in class experience for press, health care professionals, influencers and crucially, consumers. Beauty Decoded Live engaged attendees and left them feeling empowered about the Juvéderm product and brand, closing the gap between awareness and conversion.
